Working days and the first day

The bottom line

Day one is the working day after signing. Weekends, public holidays and the Christmas break do not count.

Condition dates are counted in working days, starting the day after the agreement is signed by both parties. Weekends, public holidays, the regional anniversary day and the period from 24 December to 5 January are skipped. A ten working day condition in December can run well into January.

Getting the count wrong by a day can mean a condition is treated as satisfied. We calculate every date and send you the list.
