Common questions

Before you download.

How far in advance should I start using this?

Three to four weeks before the auction. The LIM alone takes 10 working days.

Can I use KiwiSaver for the auction deposit?

Not on the day directly — but with the right clause drafted in, KiwiSaver funds can be used for the deposit post-auction. See our KiwiSaver Options guide.

What if I don't win the auction?

Move the checklist to the next property. Most items are transferable — finance approval, ID verification, process understanding.

Can I make a pre-auction offer instead?
