What other options can assist first home buyers?

There are two further options to help first home buyers to purchase their first property.  You may be eligible for the following incentives:

FirstHome Loan :: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities (kaingaora.govt.nz)– First Home Loans are issued by selected banks and other lenders and underwritten by Kāinga Ora. This allows the lender to provide loans that would otherwise sit outside their lending standards.

Home| KiwiBuild – Homes that have been built specifically for first home buyers and eligible purchasers.
