Does this apply to auctions too?
No — auctions have their own Prep for the Climb edition. This stage covers negotiated offers (private treaty, tender, deadline sale, multi-offer).
Do I pay legal fees if my offer is rejected?
The pre-offer work falls under the capped $600 + GST fee. So if your offer is rejected, you're not paying hourly rates for wasted work.
How long does the pre-offer stage usually take?
Anything from a few hours (urgent weekend offer) to several weeks (ongoing search). We scale support to match.
What if I want to write my own offer letter?
Fine — we'll review it. Or use our template. Either way, don't skip the letter.
