Most sellers focus on the agent's commission and forget the legal fees. We publish ours so you can budget for both when you're calculating your net sale proceeds.

Before you download.
What triggers a surcharge on top of the base fee?
Title type (cross-lease or unit title), ownership structure (trust or company), or unusual clauses negotiated into the contract. We quote these separately upfront.
When do I pay the legal fees?
The invoice is rendered before settlement. Fees are typically deducted from the sale proceeds at settlement.
What if the sale falls over?
We charge for work completed, not for the full transaction. If your deal cancels at conditions stage, fees are scoped to that work only.
Is there a fee for using the free discovery call?
No. The initial call and document review are genuinely free — they're how we meet new sellers.
