2. Submit First Offer
1) Split Deposit between KiwiSaver & Savings (if applicable).
2) Draft Initial Offer.
3) Add Settlement Date & Conditions
4) Send offer to Lawyer + Letter
5) Lawyer sends Initial Offer to Agent with your letter of Introduction.
6) Flexible Settlement Date (if you can offer this).

4. Property is Under Contract (Signed and Dated)
