Six steps between the agent sending you the agreement and you sending it back:
- Check the agent has inserted your key terms on the front page.
- Check any conditions have been inserted where requested (further terms at the back).
- Forward the agreement to your lawyer for a final check.
- Sign the agreement on page 20 - video example here.
- Initial the corner of every page, anywhere amended by hand, and the chattels list at the back.
- Send the agreement back to the agent and cross your fingers.
