Confirm, extend or cancel

The bottom line

Every condition ends in writing: confirmed, extended by agreement, or cancelled. Silence is the worst option.

On the condition date you have three moves. Confirm, and the agreement goes unconditional. Ask for an extension, which the vendor can refuse. Or cancel, in writing, before the date passes. Doing nothing is not a move: some conditions are deemed satisfied if you stay silent, and others leave the agreement in limbo.

We send the confirmation or cancellation notice for you and chase the vendor's lawyer for the response.
