Reading the agent's pack, for free

The bottom line

Send us the agent's title, LIM and draft agreement before you offer. The pre-offer review is free.

Most agents now provide a title, a LIM and a draft agreement before the auction or deadline. Reading them properly is a legal job and it is one we do for free before you make an offer. The result is a short traffic-light review: green, orange or red on the title, the LIM and the agreement.

That review tells you whether to spend money on a building report at all, and if so, what conditions to include.
