Settlement day, hour by hour

The bottom line

You sign nothing on the day. The money moves, the title changes at LINZ, we call you, and the agent releases the keys.

On settlement day your bank releases the loan to our trust account, we pay the vendor's lawyer, and they release the transfer so we can register you as owner through Landonline. It is all electronic. Your part was done the day before: your contribution cleared into our trust account.

Settlements often complete in the afternoon. Do not book the movers for 9am.
