Our Fixed Fee
Offer: $995 + GST + disbursements.
Total: $1,114.25 incl. GST + LINZ fees (approx. $300) = $1,412.25.

Our Offer Includes:
- Discharge of old mortgage.
- Registration of new mortgage.
- Loan doc review and signing.
- Title search (before & after).
Add-Ons If Needed
- Trust / company = resolution prep + doc check.
- Unit title = liaise with body corp + update insurance cert.
- Cross-lease = flat plan check for defects.
- Multiple properties? = Custom quote and subject to our approval and availability.
TL;DR
- Fixed fee plus any Add-Ons.
- We don’t market this, but it’s available to you and your clients.
- ANZ’s cashback (and other banks) easily covers the legal fee.
